Indoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Indoor Sales Representative will work on‑site in Cairo handling inbound client inquiries for insurance products. The role focuses on providing detailed information, preparing quotations and guiding clients through the application process while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and inquiries, presenting insurance options that match their needs.
• Explain policy features, benefits and coverage details.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support the documentation process.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and timely onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal CRM and other systems.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims and other departments to resolve client issues.
• Contribute to sales targets through proactive communication and relationship building.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and collaborate with team members.
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services or a similar sales/customer‑service role is preferred.
• Relevant post‑secondary education (e.g., business, finance) is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality and continuous learning about insurance products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software.
• Experience using CRM or sales systems.
• Ability to work with basic reporting tools.
