Senior Planning Engineer – Production Scheduling

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to lead production planning and scheduling for our manufacturing plant in Badr City, Egypt. The role ensures efficient resource utilization, on‑time delivery, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue weekly production schedules for assembly lines, aligning capacity, demand and material availability.
• Lead the Healthy Production Start (HPS) process, coordinating engineering, production, supply chain, quality and project teams.
• Monitor and follow up on production and project milestones, highlighting deviations and driving corrective actions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of plan failures and implement preventive measures.
• Track and report planning KPIs such as OTD, BOV, BOL and LTO.
• Develop and maintain the plant production portfolio and provide dashboards for management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning or supply chain.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex schedules.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous‑improvement orientation.
