Information & Cyber Security Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking an experienced Information & Cyber Security Manager to protect its digital assets and ensure compliance with global and local regulations. You will lead the security strategy across critical systems, cloud environments, and the Security Operations Center.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and risk management frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and best practices.
• Lead security for Oracle EBS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms, implementing IAM, encryption, endpoint, and network security controls.
• Oversee SOC operations, threat monitoring, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response management.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Data Protection Law, GDPR, GxP and manage internal and external security audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of IT security experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive cybersecurity awareness.
