Information Security Specialist

About the role
The Information Security Specialist will safeguard HDBank's digital assets by implementing and maintaining robust security systems and technologies. You will work closely with IT and development teams to ensure that security is integrated throughout the software lifecycle and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of IT security controls.
- Identify security gaps, develop action plans, and track remediation.
- Open, manage, and resolve support tickets related to security incidents.
- Lead information security projects, ensuring alignment with security objectives.
- Provide security guidance during development of software, networks, and data centre solutions.
- Design and implement safeguards to protect data from unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and execute remediation actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and information security.
