Information Technology Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Information Technology Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring reliable, secure operation of all technology systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network systems.
• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT‑related issues.
• Manage servers, networks, user accounts, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data backup procedures.
• Support implementation of IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity measures.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, and enterprise applications.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and technology projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration.
• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and routers.
• Server management.
• Cybersecurity practices and data backup solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) – preferred.
