Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager leads the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, end‑user computing, and IT operations. This senior position is responsible for defining strategy, ensuring secure and reliable technology delivery, and supporting business growth through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute infrastructure, security, and IT operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Operations team while establishing governance, policies, and standards.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, and cloud services.
• Ensure system availability, resilience, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Define and implement the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, manage risk, compliance, audits, and incident response.
• Manage Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Handle vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and lead technology projects and upgrades.
• Own the infrastructure and operations budget, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into technology solutions and communicate status to executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑level cloud, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and large‑scale technology projects.
