Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software environments. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing assistance to employees across our digital banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals while managing hardware inventory.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools, ensuring proper configuration and updates.
• Support local network connectivity, Wi‑Fi access, and system performance; assist with user access management.
• Follow IT security policies, support endpoint protection and basic security controls.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems and track support tickets using IT service management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.

Required skills

• Windows and workstation administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Active Directory user management.
• Microsoft Office / productivity tools.
