Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a global leader in IT services and consulting. The role focuses on maintaining, securing, and evolving the company’s on‑premise and cloud infrastructures to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of existing IT infrastructure.
• Design, implement and maintain network components, firewalls, switches and VLANs.
• Implement and manage IT security controls, VPNs and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with system administrators to support Windows and Linux environments.
• Maintain storage solutions including SAN, ZFS and backup systems.
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and Hyper‑V.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, federation and SSO services.
• Monitor systems using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, hybrid or international IT infrastructures.
• Hands‑on knowledge of networking, systems, storage, virtualization and security technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL, NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks.
