Infrastructure Lead – Design & Implementation

About the role

The Infrastructure Lead will design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure solutions that keep business‑critical applications running smoothly. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure solutions.
• Perform technical installations and configuration for complex applications.
• Oversee system administration, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Provide second‑level support for internal and external users.
• Develop low‑level designs and detailed solution documentation.
• Manage application deployments and release updates across multiple server platforms.
• Monitor performance and resource utilization, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept testing for new services.
• Maintain and expand the team knowledge base through documentation.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to various projects.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Familiarity with major application server platforms (IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache Web Server, Microsoft IIS).
