Join a global leader in the food and beverage industry as a Cairo Business Services Lead. In this strategic role, you will act as a key orchestrator between business units and cross-functional teams, driving innovation and new product development through meticulous project coordination and execution.

Missions principales

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Unit commercialization initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute the global innovation roadmap, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Manage the Stage Gate process and track milestones using Accolade tools.
• Ensure full compliance with SwissCo standards and maintain the innovation calendar.
• Lead monthly alignment meetings and coordinate closely with the Master Data lead.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency by planning stock consumption and collaborating with portfolio and category planners.
• Analyze and continuously improve the innovation process, including post-launch performance evaluations.

Profil recherché

• Engineering degree is required.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, project management, or innovation coordination.
• Proven ability to navigate organizational transitions and manage ambiguity (integration into Global Business Services in 2024).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on production constraints and manufacturing requirements.

Competences requises

• Mastery of Supply Chain planning (Demand, Production/Distribution, Material).
• Proficiency in MRP systems and advanced reporting tools.
• Expertise in spreadsheet management and professional presentations.
• Strong communication, time management, and autonomous problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
