Instock Manager – MENA Consumer Electronics

About the role

Amazon Alliance is seeking an Instock Manager to join its Retail team in Egypt. The role focuses on forecasting, buying execution, and driving operational improvements for consumer electronics across the MENA region. You will act as the primary point of contact for Instock Management, ensuring inventory systems meet business needs and simplifying processes through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Improve product availability and expand selection by analyzing inventory health.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of supply‑chain issues and develop action plans.
• Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment with retail teams and suppliers.
• Partner with Vendor Managers to meet demand plans, assess deals, and drive opportunity buys.
• Recommend and implement actions to increase inventory turns and improve purchase order confirmation rates and vendor delivery lead times.
• Resolve daily operational issues in coordination with retail and operations stakeholders.
• Drive system, tool, and process enhancements that impact purchasing and vendor management.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in inventory or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical acumen with proven ability to generate reports and perform detailed analyses.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to contribute to knowledge management.
