Instructional Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to lead the creation of engaging learning experiences for our training institute. You will collaborate with subject‑matter experts, trainers, and leadership to develop curricula that deliver measurable learner outcomes across classroom, blended, and e‑learning formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials such as curricula, facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and define learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to structure content.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex topics into clear, learner‑friendly materials.
• Create and maintain e‑learning content using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Develop assessments aligned with the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Support the LMS with content uploads, tracking, and reporting.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&D.
• Portfolio of previous instructional design work.
