About the role
WISE is seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to join our Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing client accounts, generating new leads, and driving insurance sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the insurance sector.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new sales leads.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor insurance solutions for customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance sales and sales operations.
- Strong account‑management and lead‑generation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
