Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will oversee the continuous review and updating of the organization’s risk map, ensuring that risk‑based audit plans align with strategic priorities. This role reports on all assurance activities across the Beltone Group, monitors implementation of control procedures, and guarantees compliance with regulatory requirements such as FRA and AML reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing a risk‑based audit plan, including risk assessments for each department.
• Present the annual internal audit plan to the Group CEO, Chairman, and Audit Committee for approval.
• Design, maintain, and update internal audit procedures and frameworks that reflect best practices and the risk register.
• Lead audit engagements from kickoff meetings, documentation collection, fieldwork, to drafting audit reports for senior management review.
• Negotiate audit findings with department heads, agree on remediation timelines, and monitor implementation of recommendations.
• Prepare and submit AML reports to the FRA on a semi‑annual basis for each subsidiary.
• Update the risk register based on feedback from directors, the Group CEO, and the Chairman.
• Develop training material to raise awareness of auditing requirements across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or related compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of FRA requirements and AML reporting obligations.
• Ability to communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior executives and audit committees.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
• Experience in developing audit plans and risk assessment frameworks.
