Internal Auditor – Automotive Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join a leading automotive group with a strong regional presence across the Middle East and Egypt. The role focuses on safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements within our diversified automotive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and internal control audits across the organization.
• Perform cash audits, inventory verification, and fixed‑asset reviews.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and governance systems.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support risk‑assessment activities and assist in audit planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and internal‑control frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of internal audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, or CMA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and audit standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with audit tools and software.
