International Sales Manager – Pet Veterinary Market

About the role
We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional to drive market development and sales growth for our pet veterinary business in your local region. You will act as the bridge between local customers and our headquarters, ensuring brand localization and strong market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct local market research to analyse trends, competition and customer needs.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents and end‑clients.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and business meetings to promote brand localisation.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners through regular visits.
- Coordinate with technical and after‑sales teams to ensure prompt order fulfilment and complaint resolution.
- Provide regular market updates and sales reports to headquarters.
Required profile
- Resident in the target market with strong knowledge of local language, culture and business environment.
- Professional English business communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in pet diagnostics, pet healthcare or pet products.
- Existing connections with local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors or agents.
- Self‑starter capable of independently developing the market and meeting performance targets.
