Investment Director

About the role

Valmore Holding is seeking a senior Investment Director to lead full‑cycle deal activities across its diversified portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will own the end‑to‑end process for assigned transactions, from origination through execution and post‑close integration.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a diversified pipeline of proprietary deal opportunities across sectors and geographies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, M&A advisors and sector specialists to position Valmore as a preferred buyer.
• Create sector‑specific investment theses, competitive maps and target long‑lists aligned with the group’s capital allocation strategy.
• Lead initial screening, prepare valuation memos and present go/no‑go recommendations to the CIO.
• Draft and present Investment Committee memoranda covering thesis, financial analysis, structure, risk assessment and recommendation.
• Design and coordinate due‑diligence processes, including scope planning, vendor selection, data‑room oversight and synthesis of findings.
• Oversee the 100‑day post‑close activation plan for each closed transaction.

Required profile

• Senior full‑cycle deal professional with proven experience in sourcing, executing and closing large‑scale investments.
• Strong track record of managing relationships with banks, advisors and sector experts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rigorous investment theses and conduct detailed financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex deals to senior leadership and investment committees.
