Investment Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Team Leader to drive performance and growth within our operations team. The role involves coaching staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality investment services.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and monitor the performance of the operations team through regular one‑on‑one meetings.
• Evaluate existing team processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Assess individual performance, provide feedback and corrective actions as needed.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Empower new team members by developing their product knowledge, confidence and communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within banking or investment products.
• Experience in tele‑sales or related customer‑facing environments is a plus.
