Irrigation Technician

About the role

Tropitel Group is seeking a full‑time Irrigation Technician to join its on‑site team in Markaz Wady El Natron. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining irrigation systems across landscaped areas of the resort, ensuring efficient water distribution and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect pipes, valves, pumps, and controllers to detect leaks or malfunctions.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance on irrigation equipment.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support general landscape maintenance activities as needed.
• Document work performed, materials used, and communicate issues to the onsite team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical certification in irrigation, landscaping, or a related field (preferred).
• Practical experience with irrigation system installation, operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to guide support staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with supervisors and other departments.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to outdoor work.
