IT Administrator – Cloud & User Support

About the role

VCloud Interactive LLC is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee and support its technology environment across multiple offices. The role combines infrastructure management, cloud services, user support, procurement, and security in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support company devices, networks, software, and cloud services.
• Administer Google ecosystem services, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of business‑critical platforms.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle user account management, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Manage IT procurement, hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchases, support, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and security checks.
• Document systems, processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, operations, or support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud‑based environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
• Experience managing IT assets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
• Good understanding of IT security, access management, backup, and business continuity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
