IT Business Application Management Professional

About the role

The Information Technology Division of NDB is seeking a Business Application Management professional to lead the implementation, enhancement, and production support of the bank’s business solutions. The role focuses on loan and disbursement management lifecycles and other core banking processes, ensuring alignment with international standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business and technology units, analysing and recommending state‑of‑the‑art solutions.
• Design, source, implement and maintain cost‑optimized business applications.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements, negotiate solutions, and communicate specifications.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver high‑quality, integrated technology solutions.
• Develop service continuity plans and drive continuous improvement of applications.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and presentations for business units.
• Maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance, and provide technical support for existing applications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of banking business processes, especially loan and disbursement management.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
