IT Help Desk – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an IT Help Desk professional who is fluent in French to provide day‑to‑day technical support for our staff in Egypt. The role involves maintaining hardware, software and network services while ensuring smooth and secure operation of the organization’s IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line and second‑line support to users, diagnosing hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi‑Fi and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and perform basic system administration tasks.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including TCP/IP settings and network troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, service requests and equipment inventory accurately.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings, events and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively in French to understand and resolve user problems while following IT policies and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least one month of experience in IT support, help desk or similar technical role.
• French language proficiency at B2 level and good command of English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented attitude.
