IT Infrastructure Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Security Analyst to ensure the security and high availability of our critical services. The role involves managing security infrastructure, supporting business teams, and leading security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and continuously tune security infrastructure components to guarantee optimal performance and availability.
• Deploy configurations and modifications on security devices following established standards, policies and procedures.
• Administer security software and hardware tools, and collaborate with vendors on new security projects.
• Provide timely support for security‑related incidents and guide business teams in resolution.
• Lead assessments of new infrastructure components before production deployment to avoid business impact.
• Monitor and review team members’ work on operating systems, applications and network security devices, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, apply patches, and harden systems according to security policies.
• Identify, resolve and document security incidents, producing weekly management reports.
• Escalate unresolved exposures or non‑compliance situations using defined processes.
• Train junior staff on security tools, reporting and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in network or systems security.
