IT Specialist – ManageEngine Solutions

About the role

The IT Specialist will lead the implementation, configuration and support of ManageEngine solutions for our clients in the Giza region. You will work closely with sales, support and product teams to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure ManageEngine products according to customer requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Integrate ManageEngine tools with existing systems and third‑party applications.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implementations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and customer communication.
• Assist sales with pre‑sales activities, demos and presentations.
• Stay updated on IT management and monitoring trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA or ManageEngine certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT system engineering, focusing on management and monitoring solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ManageEngine products (ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, ADManager Plus).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
