IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the IT department for a hotel within the Accor network. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the property’s network infrastructure while supporting the technology needs of staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and telecommunications systems.
• Monitor system performance, manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity.
• Lead and schedule the IT support team, acting as escalation point for complex issues.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, firewalls, antivirus compliance, and conduct regular system audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware assets, software licenses, and coordinate with vendors and ISPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality or large‑scale property operations is a strong plus.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL are highly preferred.
