IT Support Specialist – Desktop Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide first‑line technical assistance for desktop, hardware and network issues at our Suez office. The role ensures system reliability, timely resolution of incidents, and supports overall IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software and network problems.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
• Monitor system performance and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions.
• Apply IT security protocols, including antivirus updates and data backups.
• Document issues, solutions and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalations and support services.
• Assist in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
