IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides first‑ and second‑level assistance to end users, ensuring smooth operation of software, hardware, and telecommunication systems. This role combines hands‑on technical troubleshooting with basic Azure administration and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for software and application issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and password resets in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support IP PBX, create extensions, configure IP phones, and resolve voice‑related problems.
• Perform basic LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity troubleshooting, including Fortinet firewall administration.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, conduct audits, and monitor software license compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and managed service partners.
• Respond to support tickets within SLA, document activities, and assist with IT projects and office roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or similar roles.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, IP PBX systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
