IT System Administrator (Alexandria)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site IT System Administrator to join our Alexandria branch. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure for our office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support via phone or remote access, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Set up and deploy PCs for new employees, including imaging, software installation, and hardware replacement.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers and Active Directory.
• Support LAN, WAN, network segments and Internet connectivity.
• Manage firewalls and the VoIP system.
• Maintain low‑current systems including CCTV, IP cameras, and fingerprint devices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional knowledge of CompTIA A+ and Network+.
• Experience managing Microsoft servers, VPNs, managed switches, and VoIP systems.
• Familiarity with Avaya VoIP solutions.
