IT Systems & Applications Administrator – Odoo & Infrastructure

About the role

EELAF is looking for a hands‑on, reliable IT Systems & Applications Administrator to keep its offices, showroom, warehouse and business teams running smoothly. You will be responsible for the overall health of the IT environment, including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, devices, servers, cybersecurity, backup, and the Odoo ERP/CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and meeting‑room equipment.
• Support Windows devices, manage software installations, patching, antivirus and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Handle user onboarding/off‑boarding, email setup, access permissions and IT asset handover.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and enforce security policies such as MFA and password rules.
• Manage LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN connections and coordinate with ISPs.
• Maintain network documentation, IP plans, device configurations and monitor performance.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, shared folders and file permissions.
• Oversee endpoint protection, patch management, backup monitoring and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Coordinate Odoo customisations with external developers and ensure system availability.

Required profile

• Practical and highly organized with the ability to juggle day‑to‑day issues and improvement projects.
• Strong communication skills to support multiple departments (sales, finance, logistics, management).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
