About the role
BairesDev is looking for a Java Technical Support Engineer to join its Incident Response Team. The position is fully remote and focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Java‑based applications for a portfolio of high‑profile clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and ensure service continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java applications.
- Document incidents, root causes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with development teams to suggest and implement improvements.
- Participate in process‑enhancement initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with support roles and incident response processes.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English.
