About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Java Technical Support Engineer to join its Incident Response Team. The position is fully remote and focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Java‑based applications for a portfolio of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
• Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and ensure service continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java applications.
• Document incidents, root causes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with development teams to suggest and implement improvements.
• Participate in process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with support roles and incident response processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
