We are looking for a motivated Junior Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The role involves handling communications, organising documents, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise files, documents and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases, records and inventories.
- Prepare basic reports, memos and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
