Junior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Brand Designer to help create bold, distinctive brands for hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle and destination‑led projects. The role offers the chance to work within an integrated brand team, turning creative ideas into polished brand assets, presentations and production‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography and visual systems.
• Create clear brand guidelines and apply them across digital, print, signage, wayfinding, menus and on‑ground marketing.
• Produce moodboards, concept presentations and brand decks that translate creative direction into compelling visual stories.
• Design and adapt brand assets for menus, brochures, business cards, packaging mock‑ups, signage, social media templates and digital campaigns.
• Prepare accurate, production‑ready artwork and handover files, ensuring correct specifications and version control.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, operators and other creative specialists on multiple live international projects.
• Respond constructively to feedback and iterate designs through each stage of the creative process.

Required profile

• Detail‑driven designer with strong Arabic and English design capabilities.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Confidence to transform ideas into cohesive, memorable brand experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
