Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

HABEN Marque is seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities for a diverse portfolio of agency clients. You will collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to deliver campaigns that boost brand presence, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for agency clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media buying) to ensure campaign execution and brand consistency.
• Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimise effectiveness.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding progress and deliverables.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or client‑servicing environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, campaign planning, and market research.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
