About the role
TIBA Development is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join its growing team. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for large‑scale commercial developments such as malls and hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing mechanical concept and detailed designs.
- Perform load and hydraulic calculations for fire protection networks.
- Conduct duct and pipe sizing calculations.
- Prepare equipment schedules and Bills of Operations (BOOs).
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes and industry standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience on mega commercial projects (malls, hotels) within a consultancy.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in HAP.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Elite.
What we offer
- Location: Elsheikh Zayed City.
- Working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Friday & Saturday off.
