About the role
NTU International is building a pool of qualified Non‑Key Experts to support the communication outreach of EU policies across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. As a Junior Online Content Manager you will join this pool on a short‑term, on‑demand basis, helping to plan, develop and maintain digital content for the project’s online platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Draft, edit and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
- Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
- Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia material.
- Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
- Monitor website performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
- Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding standards.
- Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.
Required profile
- Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, web content or a related field.
- Fluent English.
- At least 2 years of general experience in online communication.
- Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing website or online content.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
