Junior Recruiter – Mass Hiring

About the role

NAOS Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Maadi, Cairo. You will support high‑volume hiring projects for both local and international clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines and meet recruitment KPIs.
• Support onboarding activities and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience; mass hiring experience is a plus.
• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
