Junior Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Junior Sales Account Manager will support business growth for a leading training and development provider. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop sales and account‑management expertise in a dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote the company’s training products and services.
• Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and identify customer needs.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the field sales team when additional support is required.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to build long‑term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and relevant information for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
