Junior Supplier Relation Engineer

About the Role

Join a global leader in technology distribution as a Supplier Relation Engineer I. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key link between our company and major manufacturers, ensuring the integrity and compliance of our technical data ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage professional communications (phone and email) with global suppliers to secure essential technical and compliance documentation.
• Ensure precise collection and accurate entry of data into internal systems to maintain high-quality information standards.
• Proactively follow up with suppliers to resolve pending information requests and close data gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers while ensuring strict confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in supplier communication, data collection, or customer service (highly valued).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to conduct professional business calls.
• High attention to detail and a rigorous commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Fluency in English (Spoken, Written, and Comprehended).
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, or data analysis concepts is a significant plus.
