Junior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will help identify, engage and attract top technical talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and attract technical candidates through networking, referrals and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and design recruitment strategies.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews, provide timely feedback and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and nurture a network of technical professionals at industry events.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology trends to communicate effectively with candidates.
• Measure recruitment metrics and deliver insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong networking skills and ability to leverage social media for recruiting.
