Key Account Manager – Cairo, Egypt

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio in Cairo by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product access, and meeting strategic sales targets. This role focuses on neurology, particularly Multiple Sclerosis, and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to launch and sustain products in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory activities, including doctor group meetings, coverage, and frequency, while providing accurate reports to the sales manager.
• Map accounts to identify key stakeholders who can address unmet medical needs and support product implementation.
• Engage customers using company values, disease‑area knowledge, and allocated resources to satisfy patient needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and patient access.
• Follow the appropriate call flow for each customer segment and complete all administrative tasks on time.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum two years of proven commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neurology; experience in Multiple Sclerosis is a plus.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities, with flexible interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and good command of written and spoken English.
• Commitment to timelines, problem‑solving aptitude, and ability to communicate opportunities and challenges to management.
