About the role
Talabat is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage, grow and consolidate orders with strategic partners. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers, maximise account potential and negotiate special contractual terms.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with senior‑level decision‑makers at assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities, creating demand for Talabat’s products and services.
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account and conducting regular strategy meetings with customers.
- Ensure consistent service quality across all brands and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and the company.
- Optimize restaurant content such as menu ordering accuracy and delivery time.
- Provide quarterly reviews to partners, highlighting growth areas and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet brand requirements and maintain activity records in Salesforce.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of full‑time professional experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in e‑commerce or FMCG is a plus.
- In‑depth knowledge of the food industry market and e‑commerce.
- Ability to analyse data and sales statistics to propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
