Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Cartona, you will drive growth for our B2B marketplace by building strong, long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers at strategic retailer and supplier accounts. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless ordering and fulfillment experience while expanding our gross merchandise volume (GMV).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned key accounts.
• Identify, pursue, and close new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Cartona’s market objectives.
• Generate demand for Cartona’s products and services and achieve revenue targets by increasing GMV per account.
• Conduct regular strategy meetings with customers to align their needs with Cartona’s offerings.
• Provide exceptional service, resolve operational issues, and deliver quarterly performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure brand requirements are met.
• Track all account activities in Excel and Cartona’s internal system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within a B2B or wholesale environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset focused on business growth and GMV increase.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
