Kids Club Animator

About the role

The Kids Club Animator creates a fun, safe and engaging environment for children staying at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will plan and lead age‑appropriate activities, entertain guests and ensure the well‑being of children throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead daily activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, music and mini‑shows.
• Entertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areas.
• Ensure the safety, security and happiness of all children at all times.
• Prepare and set up activity areas and materials, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities and behaviour.
• Assist with special events, theme days and mini‑discos, working closely with the animation/entertainment team.

Required profile

• Experience working with children in a kids club, childcare, education or animation setting.
• Energetic, creative and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage children aged 4–12 years, responsible, patient and caring attitude.
• Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
