About the role
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun and development‑focused environment for children staying at the Kempinski resort in Safaga. Working closely with the Kids Club team, the role involves planning activities, supervising children and liaising with parents to support their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the daily care of children within the Kids Club.
- Plan, develop and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote physical, social and emotional growth.
- Supervise children at all times, including collecting and accompanying them to the Kids Club.
- Communicate with parents about any concerns, providing advice and involving them in suitable activities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in line with hotel standards.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar children‑care or kids‑club position.
- Experience preferred in an international, luxury five‑star hotel environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
