Kids & Teenager Club Manager

About the role

The Kids & Teenager Club Manager leads the design, delivery and quality of children’s and teen programmes across Accor’s hotels, resorts and other hospitality venues in the region. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will ensure safe, engaging and memorable experiences for young guests while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Kids and Teenager Club operations across multiple properties, establishing and maintaining operational standards, policies and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews and quality‑assurance audits.
• Design and implement innovative recreational, educational, cultural, sports, wellness and entertainment programmes tailored to different age groups.
• Ensure strict compliance with child safeguarding policies, local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor Kids Club Managers, supervisors and activity coordinators; develop regional training programmes.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets, monitor expenses and resource utilisation.
• Build strong relationships with hotel leadership, recreation departments and guest‑experience teams; address escalated guest concerns.
• Track guest‑satisfaction scores, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and benchmark against industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in children’s recreation, youth programming, hospitality recreation, education or family entertainment.
• At least 3 years of management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• Background in hotels, resorts, cruise lines, theme parks or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, programme design, child safeguarding and risk management.
• Excellent communication, cultural awareness and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using operational reporting systems.
