About the role

The Fashion Consultant for Lacoste will deliver an outstanding customer experience across both physical stores and digital channels. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will use your fashion knowledge to inspire customers and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience and represent Lacoste professionally at all times.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, new collections, and brand activities.
• Promote Lacoste’s online channels, social media campaigns, and loyalty program.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Support omnichannel services, including virtual shopping and client communication.
• Handle e‑commerce order preparation and fulfillment within set timelines.
• Maintain store appearance, product display, and stock replenishment according to brand guidelines.
• Use digital tools and systems (e.g., CRM) to enhance the customer experience and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail concepts.
• Deep knowledge of the Lacoste brand and fashion/style trends.
• Experience in luxury fashion retail and customer service.
• Ability to deliver high‑level service consistently.

Required skills
