Landscape Attendant – Hotel Garden Maintenance

About the role
The Landscape Attendant will support the Garden Department of Rixos Premium Seagate, ensuring that both indoor and outdoor green areas are well‑maintained and visually appealing for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and execute daily landscaping tasks under the Garden Supervisor’s guidance.
- Cut grass, water gardens, and apply fertilisers and pesticides according to proper techniques.
- Maintain indoor plants and work in the hotel’s greenhouses.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure tools are in good condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to maintain overall site standards.
- Follow the hotel’s quality management procedures and carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- At least a primary school diploma.
- Ability to learn quickly and reach the expected performance level within a few days.
- No foreign language or computer skills required.
Required skills
- Use of basic gardening tools and equipment.
- Perform simple, repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
