Landscaping Attendant

About the role

Join a hotel within the Accor network as a Landscaping Attendant, responsible for maintaining both indoor and outdoor green spaces. You will work under the guidance of the Garden Supervisor to ensure the hotel’s gardens, lawns, and plant displays are attractive, healthy, and well‑kept.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute indoor and outdoor landscaping tasks according to the Garden Supervisor’s instructions.
• Cut grass, water gardens, and apply fertilisers and pesticides using proper techniques.
• Maintain greenhouse operations, care for indoor plants, and manage irrigation systems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure tools are in good working order.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and uphold quality management standards.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• Minimum education: primary school diploma.
• Ability to learn quickly; a few hours of training are sufficient to reach the expected performance level.
• No foreign language, specific courses, or computer literacy required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic landscaping tools and equipment.
• Capability to perform repetitive, standard maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
