Last Mile Area Manager – Upper Egypt

About the role

Bosta is seeking a hands‑on operational leader to oversee hub operations across Upper Egypt. The Last Mile Area Manager will ensure consistent performance, accuracy, and service quality across an average of eight branches while meeting company SLAs and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support hub supervisors by monitoring KPIs, team productivity and daily plans.
• Audit couriers’ daily performance, enforce professional appearance standards and verify undelivered, cancelled or scheduled shipments.
• Ensure shipments are accurately entered into the system and that updates match productivity sheets.
• Monitor shipments exceeding lifecycle SLA, coordinate returns with the CAI SF Team and archive proof of delivery for one month.
• Handle Freshdesk tickets, resolve issues within SLA and create tickets for customer complaints.
• Maintain hub compliance, proper documentation and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Produce and send daily operational reports on time.
• Oversee consistency and performance across all Upper Egypt hubs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hub or warehousing operations, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and analytical reporting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, proactive attitude with sound judgment.
• Very good English proficiency.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably based in Minya or Assiut.
